    Our brain is constantly working day and night. It is working when we are at school, work, anywhere we are at. when do we ever give our brain an actual break from everything we do everyday. Taking breaks is very important to everyone especially people who think they hardly have time to rest. Breaks  refresh your brain and body increases your energy, productivity, and ability to focus. Image     People confuse the types of breaks they should be taking. The types of breaks that are  less effective are things like scrolling through and posting on social media, reading and responding to emails, and surfing the internet. None of that actually gives your brain a break. The breaks that will actually work for your brain are mini-meditation, deep breathing, and getting off your phone and going outside to enjoy the fresh air.     It became more noticeable that in today's world we spend the majority of our times behind screens. Wether it is just scrolling through an app or just texting all day. We have lost contac t with the outside world. People spend more time on their phone when they are with family or friends rather than them. Image     Strong social media users are more likely to have higher risk of depression, self-harm, anxiety, and loneliness. This is because they spend more time on their phones rather than having relations with actual people. Platforms like TikTok, twitter, and instagram are mostly to blame for people this. People can go hours on tiktok without even noticing that the time has passed by.      The majority of people think the only way of getting into shape is working out and getting exercise in which is not true. Although getting exercise takes a big part in getting into shape, eating healthy and the right type of food takes has a big part of it as well.  Image      A person should be eating   protein, carbs, fruits and vegetables . Eating protein helps development and growth in a persons body. carbs provides fuels your brain and muscles. Eating fruits and vegetables help the body lower blood pressure, reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke, prevent some types of cancer.      In today's society, Hashtags are a way get quick and easy access to things on a specific topic. Hashtags are used in a lot of different social platforms but the most common platforms are social medias like instagram, facebook, and twitter. With hashtags it made it a lot easier for someone to look up a content they are interested in.  Image      About 75% of people today use hashtags in their daily post on social media. videos easily going viral out of nowhere with the help of hashtags. Hashtags make videos pop up on anyones account so it can be seen. One popular hashtag that I know of is #BLM which meant "Black Lives Matter". This hashtag was really big in the U.S. when an African American was killed by a police officer. This article is biased with saying that the vaccine is the only thing that will keep one safe from the virus. when that is not the case to every person who gets the vaccine.          The reason why this article is biased is because people in my life that got the vaccine have stilled gotten covid. The article also says to get the vaccine to protect your health and loved ones health but from personal experiencing once people got the vaccine their body couldn't take it and they got really sick for a couple of days after they got the vaccine. it seemed they were in better health before they got the vaccine rather than after they got it.      Coach carter is a film that was made in 2005 that is also based on a true story. It is a four star rated movie that is PG-13. This movie is about a basketball player named Ken Carter that graduated from a high school in Richmond, California then came back a few years later to coach the basketball to get the boys in shape and academically discipline. Carter's goal was to get the young group of men to understand that they are capable of doing more than what people think they could do. At first the only thing the team cared about was playing basketball, so then Carter had to explain that they are student athletes and the student part comes first.             This movie is without a doubt my top ten. The reason for this is because me being a student athlete, I feel the same way that the team did not caring about grades and just playing the sport I am in. But after seeing this movie it changed my whole perspective of being a student athlete. This movie is a good movie to watch an

     In this article,  Governor Ducey stated that, "Less than half of Arizona's working adults have degrees or training beyond high school. We must fix that"(Ducey).  As of right now the percent of Arizonans with a college degree or certificate is around 40% and Ducey's goal is to have at least 60 percent of Arizonans with college degree or certificate by 2023. one of his strategies is to put more money into schools . With this he is trying to get the readers to understand that he has similar feelings to them about how he cares about the future and his kids.
