Entry #4 ~ World of fitness

     Participating in fitness or doing exercise every now and then can help one to a great extent. In other words, being in a physical activity helps with health problems, mental problems, improves your confidence, and so much more. The majority of people don't like to exercise because they feel like it's too much work or they don't like feeling sweaty. If people knew all the benefits fitness had their attitude towards fitness would change.

    In the U.S. heart disease and stroke are two leading causes of death. Doing at least 150 minutes a week of physical activity can reduce the chance of those diseases. The more exercise someone does the lower the risk of these diseases become. Doing physical activities does not mean to go to the gym and going hard. It is simply just finding something that the person enjoys to do that involves movement. Once that is found it will become something that person looks forward to doing and that will relax their mind and soul. As people get older, they need to protect their bones and muscles. Exercising helps keep bones and muscles health. Keeping them healthy will allow people to do their daily activities and be physically active.

    Being in a fitness world will help a person in so much. People will be living in a better way. Less health and mental problems to deal with and will be way more calm and relaxed because of the exercise they have done.

  1. I think that your right about exercise being important and that going to the gym is not the only way to exercise. I think that going on walks and playing outdoor games can also be good exercise.

  2. For a long time, it has been shown that exercising or at least doing physical activity does not help much with each person's health, avoiding common and advanced health problems. Practically exercising is like a free medicine that allows us to cure many things we don't know we can control.

  3. It's amazing just how much exercise can improve a person's health and increase their lifespan. One of the best parts about it is that there is something for everyone of any age. I couldn't agree more that people will live an improved lifestyle if they incorporate some type of fitness schedule. Fitness has recently become a passion for me and I see the benefits not only physically but mentally.

  4. Hello Cesar, I like that you are talking about the benefits of working out. I think everyone should workout at least 30 minutes a day. This is not even bad people can just for a walk for those 30 minutes.

  5. I believe fitness is something everyone should be involved in. Even if it’s going hard in the gym. I don’t think there’s a limit to what fitness activities you can do. I believe as long as your body is moving and you enjoy doing it, your health should mentally and physically be in good shape.
